Kurt concentrates his civil litigation practice in the area of eminent domain. He has significant experience representing both property owners and public utilities in eminent domain cases throughout Florida.

Born in Winter Park, Florida, Kurt received a B.S. from Florida State University College of Communication. He received his J.D., with honors, from Florida State University College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Kurt returned to Orlando and began his civil litigation practice. Kurt is a founding partner of Harris Harris Bauerle Sharma.
